We watched clips from when it started off as just a black and white film with no sound for about 50 seconds long which people back then though was amazing.
My group learnt about charlie Chaplin who is one of the most recognisable figures in film history.
We learnt that if it wasn't for these people we would not have cinema today
His most famous character was the tramp who is shown in the clip below
