Risk Assessment

Before any film is made their is always a risk assessment that is filled out. This is so you know what might be a risk on the set, If their is a risk then you have to say how much of a risk it is and how likely it will happen. You then have to say how you are going to try and reduce that risk. For example if the risk was that you are filming in bar and their is alcohol present then their is a risk of cast / crew getting drunk, The way you could reduce this risk is by simply removing the alcohol from set, You also have to rate every risk by how serve the risk might be. This is done by rating out of 5 . 5 being very likely and 1 being very unlikely. If a risk is rated 2 or over then you have to make a plan of how you are going to try and reduce that risk. You do all this to ensure that your cast and crew are all safe.
